I retired from Auto Club of So. California after 30 years of employment. My husband is a retired firefighter and Army Vet. We have 14 grandchildren between us. (remarried in 2007) We retired to Mountain Home, Arkansas a year after my after my Mother passed in June 2014.

We enjoy playing golf and managed to make a trip to Scotland, and played on many courses there. Not St. Andrews though, but we did see it and stopped in at the Museum of Golf in St. Andrews.
School Story

Many fond memories of being in the Lancerettes and marching in the Maytime Band Review and others. Joking with Miss Peterson and Mr. Schanke...great teachers.

Barbara, There is a poem titled "The Rose Beyond the Wall" by AJ Frink. It has a lovely, healing message that I have relied on for years. It was given to me when I lost my brother at age 22. I am so sad to hear of Steve's passing.  We had many good times shared at band and Lancerette events.  He was always smiling and laughing and was such a kind, friendly guy.
